Purchased this after trying the cheap bag type suits. This helped me to shed 62 lbs in 4 months. Running a 5k - 5 days a week, clean diet and this suit along with a skull cap felt hard at first. But this adds a mental toughness and comfort that comes with a satisfaction in seeing all that sweat. I try and tell anyone with fitness goals that this is a MUST. Will never work out without a Kutting Weight product again. I will say, educate yourself on hydration (not just drinking water) to maximize the benefits of these products. No regrets and everyone should one. Left the device date on my photos to see the dates and difference on just my face. 233lbs down to 171lbs but more importantly my heart rate and cardio is as good as it was during my active duty.
